Following our consultation, you'll settle into the comfort of an anti-gravity chair inside the Harmonic Egg® for a 50-minute session. For the first 40 minutes, immerse yourself in an enchanting symphony of music, coupled with colors and light. The session concludes with a 10-minute period of silent contemplation, allowing you to integrate and reflect on the experience while still enveloped in a soothing chromatic ambiance. When you're ready to emerge from the Egg, we provide electrolyte water to help you rehydrate and ground yourself.

For remote sessions, the personalization process remains consistent. Instead of your physical presence, a photograph and birthdate are placed within the Harmonic Egg®, allowing you or your furry friend to experience the session's benefits from the comfort of your chosen space.

If you choose to do an add on, it is best to schedule your Bio-Well session before your session.
